Gold Diplomat service from the airplane:

The driver will welcome the guest from the airplane with a tailor-made sign with the customer’s logo and the guest’s name.
The customer will be informed of the driver’s contact information and if necessary the number of the vehicle by means of a message to his cellphone.
Real time update of the final landing time.
The guest will be met at the door of the airplane and escorted to border control and customs in a car that is waiting on the runway.
Our representative will accompany all the process of entering Israel and baggage collection.
Transfer to one of our luxury vehicles and informing the customer when leaving Ben Gurion airport.
Unloading baggage from the vehicle to the hotel lobby and help with check in.
If the customer’s representative is meeting the guest at the destination, the driver will inform them ten minutes before arrival.
Handing over the guest to the person meeting them on behalf of the company or the hotel.
The driver will only leave after making sure that nothing has been forgotten by the guest in the vehicle.
Hospitality in the Masada, Dan or Arbel lounges can be ordered at extra cost.
The service can be ordered for up to 3 guests without extra cost.
Accessible vehicles can be ordered for guests in wheelchairs.
Chauffeur or transfer services can be ordered for part or all of the period of the guest’s stay in Israel for a reduced price.
